3. Quotes, Pricing, and Orders

• All quotes provided via the website or direct communication are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are typically quoted excluding VAT and shipping costs, which will be calculated at the point of invoice.
• A contract is only formed once BINGOPLACE LIMITED issues a formal Order Confirmation and has received the agreed-upon deposit or full payment.

4. Delivery and Risk

While we strive for precision in our logistics, delivery dates are estimates only. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the specified address or upon collection by the buyer's designated carrier.

5. Returns and Defective Goods

As a B2B wholesaler, we do not offer a "cooling-off" period. Returns are only accepted for goods that are defective or do not match the agreed specification. Any discrepancies must be reported in writing to our Manchester office within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of England and Wales, BINGOPLACE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or business interruption, arising from the supply of goods. Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Manchester, UK.
